Default How to play RS on an iPhone!

This was written on an iPhone so please cut me some slack

    Requirements:
    Jail broken iPhone/iPod or $2.99
    Internet connection

    Step 1)

Search CloudBrowse on Installous and download it
Alternatively, buy it for $2.99 on the app store.

    Step 2)

Start it, and go to w63.runescape.com (or any world)

    Step 3)
Click accept on the Java applet thing.

    Step 4)
Wait till it says "Auto Setup", and restart the page.

    Extra Steps)
Getting an IAP Cracker to run Clodbrowse past 24 hours.

Search for iAP cracker in Cydia, download any of the one shown.
Once installed, enable it on the SBS Toolbar or in Settings

And voila! Your iPhone/iPod is now setup!

Why not use the free ones, like Google Chrome?

How laggy is it and would you say that it's worth playing rs on an iPhone?

Not lagging at all, I'd say the average fps of a computer - 5-6.
It's worth it in places where you don't have a laptop, and you want to check out some GE offers, from runs, etc.

My friend got banned with this before the rise of the injection bots. (circa 2009)
He explained that he was using this app and it was the reason why his mouse was moving in a weird way in his appeal and got unbanned. Might be risky nowadays.

Wow, I've heard of using teamviewer at ~5 FPS, but if this is as good as you say, it might be worth looking into! Thanks!

If you're not jailbroken, you gotta buy it (or just use use free 24 hour time).

If you are jailbroken (which you need to be to get the iap cracker) just get the cracked full version anyways?

But then you aren't playing it on the iPhone. You would be playing it on the computer and viewing RuneScape via the iPhone.

I use teamviewer to restart / change bots from my iphone, i get like 5 fps or something, is what it is, not designed for it but you can do what you need,

Hopefully they will announce something on HTML5 soon and we will know if rs will work on tablets and phones, i think apple devices unjailbroken dont support OGL 3D HTML5 rendering though,

    Guess we'll find out

The battery life for teamviewer would be the same as any other app

I would imagine the battery life on HTML5 browser would be the same as running any other game app for most mobile devices, maybe slightly less, but battery life sucks anyway atm on mobile stuff due to lithium cells degrading, i think i read an article about some japanese guys discovering a way to make them last twice as long though, so hopefully the next generation of mobile stuff will atleast give us acceptable longevity

I wonder if this could work for player owned ports, if it does would be great :L.
