Good, and they were taken down because they're supporters of the shitty SOPA / PIPA stuff.. too bad they weren't destroyed permanently

Haha that's great. Just another reason why you shouldn't use GoDaddy.

I've never really liked GoDaddy anyway, for some reason they just annoy me. xD

I didn't have any opinion about them until I found out they were supporters of the 'Stop Online Piracy Act'. Although it's not right to attack them because of that, I am glad to see people speaking out (so to speak) against this act. But I feel badly for the business that depended on GoDaddy, they didn't do anything wrong and I assume it's crucial for them to stay online and running. They didn't deserve that...

Yeah, it's the first time I've heard they attacked someone that actually had an effect on innocent people, apart from the PSN hacking.

    http://support.godaddy.com/godaddy/c...ervice-outage/

The service outage was due to a series of internal network events that corrupted router data tables.
That's the statement GoDaddy has released. I think they would get themselves into more trouble if they were lying about that, so I would tend to believe them.

How interesting, I see those commercials every once and awhile. Didnt know they were supporting the SOPA act. Oh well, nothing we can do about it.

That's what they get for supporting SOPA and PIPA, I do not feel sorry for anyone who uses them.

Yes, they have commercials with good looking females doing sexual types of things in a way and at the end it says "For more.. visit godaddy.com" blah blah.. Then you go and its a Website hosting type of site.

The ads, the name, and the logo all bug me, but I'm not sure why..

I guess they bug me because they have nothing to do with the service they sell and I guess I'm bothered by that.

Yeah, I see what you are saying. They are using the sexual themes to attract people... Hey, good marketing skills on their side though.
