:S I always though that the more negative the weight, the longer your run energy lasts? There has to be a difference :S Why else would Jagex allow negative weight? You're practically floating lol.

Agility helps you regain energy quicker. There's no "when resting or stood still" it helps you regain energy quicker, the end.. Which means while you're running, you also are regaining energy faster than you normally do, which increases the time you can run.
Take it this way, with max agility person with X weight can run a distance of 500, vs a person with X weight at 1 agility can run a distance of 100... X = the same thing in both cases.
And yes, a weight of 0 is the lowest, negative doesn't make you use less energy or anything.
