Default Nerfed xp rates/'briddin. Clicks are delayed

Clicking/switching has been delayed by a few amount of seconds, by seconds, I mean each click is delayed by about 3-5 game ticks. This has made activities such herblore and hybirdding very difficult. At first I thought I was the only one having this problem, turns out that I wasnt. Is anyone here having the same problem?

This problem does not only affect hybrid PKing, it also affects things which are click intensive such as:

    - Switching into your tank armour and then sipping a brew in a fight (you will find that the brew doesn't register if you are a fast clicker)

    - Withdrawing Items quickly from your bank after a trip only to realise many of your items weren't withdrawn

    - Mine/autoheat/drop actions at LRC have also been affected.

    - Cleaning herbs

Ok, after asking asking several people about this, it turns out that this change has been live for two weeks.

The reason behind reducing the default limit was to hinder bots and to reduce server load (bots were running large scripts which, in return, caused lag). Three actions per tick was chosen as, from data, that was the maximum number of actions that the majority of the playerbase could feasibly manage without extra "help".

Our engine team are currently considering whether to increase the number.

AKA if you do more than 3 clicks in a tick you are flagged.

So if I spam click anything(Pots, rocks, monsters, etc) I get flagged? Doesn't make sense to me.

Not spamclick, more like clicking 5 items in the inventory accurately in a single tick, very often.

I did 1-85 so far cleaning herbs. Would have been ~93 now if clean herbs weren't more expensive than grimy.
