    Default What is MSI?

    Hi Simba community!

I'm really sorry if this in the wrong section I didn't know where else to post!

I just watched the scripting tutorial on youtube, but the MSI extension didn't seem to be included in my download..Is it meant to be like that?
Can I still script without actually having this MSI extension? I really want to start making my own scripts.

    No MSI update available.

It's not there on extensions and when I try opening or updating it doesn't exist. What is MSI?

Sorry I'm really new to scripting + total newbie!!
    Thanks for any help =)

EDIT: Also major problem is that when I try 'Tools' -> 'Associate File Extensions' it says Access denied.
Is that because I don't have MSI? Anyone know why this is happening ?

MSI is a collection of scripts, however they are now outdated. Try the runescape scripts section instead.
Thx Euphemism and Vinyl for the awesome siggy and avatar!

Thanks! Just saw this on news thread so I see what is happening..

But what about 'Associate File Extensions'?

    Why does it say:
    Access denied
    Association failed!

In the tutorial it said I should do it. Is it bad that this is not working? Any idea what to do?
Also, don't want to copy other people's scripts - want to make my own hehe >.>

Run as admin then try again. Associating makes it so that Simba opens .simba files when you double-click them, otherwise there is no need to worry about it.
I made a new script, check it out!.
