Exclamation Jagex - Is this company a fail?

    Pretty Simple...Yes/No

Failing as a company as a whole not as to the RuneScape game

In the end, jagex is a business. The goal of a business is to make profits, and they are doing just that, even if they are killing their game in the process. It's a yes from me.

Game Companies have to keep coming out with new content or there business will fail.
Take Activision they keep bring out the same crap just with a different texture they do this for $$$ to keep there business. Runescape will soon fail and die, so jagex will need more games but I'll say there new games are pretty shit to say the least..

They are doing very well at keeping a high income and continuing to come out with updates for fans... But I think they are slowly ruining runescape as a whole. Giving us updates we dont want and not listening to our opinions. Only a matter of time before they become money hungry and do something extremely stupid to make everyone hate them, and move on to something better... Like 2006scape.

The only thing that Jagex fails in is: "Getting rid of bots".

They've been consistently destroying RS even before RS2 was released yet are bigger than ever. Yea they are doing fine as a company.
I made a new script, check it out!.

Fail as a company? They're pulling in the $$ (or should I say ££) with all these goldfarmers and sof/solos store gimmicks. I don't think they're failing that way. Failing as a company who satisfies they're customers? In that way yes. My vote is "no" however.

Agreed, I wanna see what the new age of RuneScape brings. I'm looking forward to EoC, it will bring a fresh view to RS.

As they continue to destroy RS the game(and I assume the company itself) will cease to exist. However, at present they are booming, with a large player base and despite the player's claiming to be unhappy they are still sticking around. They have succeeded in introducing micro-transactions without losing too large a number of players so I believe as a company they have all round been quite successful.
