I just want to talk about muscles today, as that is what I have been obsessing about recently.
First I have been watching ALL of this guys videos:

Second, here is where I am at:
Bench dumbbell: 55 pounds (I will try 60 pounds next week)
Overhead Shoulder Press Dumbbell: 55 Pounds (Will stay at 55, as I cannot rep 12 yet)
Incline Curl: 20-25 pounds (Turns out I have been doing it wrong, my right hand is significantly stronger than my left that is why it is sooo low)
Things I will start doing, I have "Re-Vamped" my current workout plan with a lot of careful thinking...
MONDAY
Dumbbell Shoulder Press (55 pounds)
Dumbbell Lateral Raise (20 pounds)
Dumbbell Reverse Fly//Might just use a machine because I feel like I am imbalanced and I am screwing it up more by using dumbbells (I need to start doing this...)
Dumbbell Shrugs (75 pounds)
Dips (Just added this one, to replace skull crushers since I really don't trust myself and I am known to drop weights..idk why I just do)
Triceps Push down (Machine)
One Arm Cable Extension
One Arm Dumbbell Extension
TUESDAY
Wide Grip Pull Up
Close Grip Pull Down
One Arm Dumbbell Row
T-BAR Row (Just added this one)
THURSDAY
Dumbbell Bench Press
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
Incline Dumbbell Flys
Cable Crossovers (waiting for the lines to die down sucks...)
Incline Dumbbell Curl
Concentration Dumbbell Curl (Just added this one, I need to actually focus on the bicep I believe my body forgot I had one and is using my forearms for all of the excersises... yes this is actually possible lol)
Preacher Curl

I am starting my cut in april, which kinda sucks I want to bulk more but I am doing a tough mudder in September so I need to start cutting now to be in shape by then

I will be taking 20 grams of creatine monohydrate daily, for a week (then will dose 5grams a day)
I will be taking beta alanine daily
I will be taking BCAAs, take this daily
I will be taking a preworkout(white flood) on mondays and thursdays my most toiling days (Just to get that extra pump in)
I will be taking a multi-vitamin (Source life naturals)
