The whole point is that you need to have good food if you want to put on some muscle. It also works out cheaper if you buy and cook your own food rather than having fast food - plus saves your liver from the crap!

Don't have huge ones. If anything your breakfast should be the big big meal and then gradually decrease from there.

Feel free to adapt any of that to how you want. Those are just some guide lines that I follow.
<3 Thanks so much for this

Think on that possitive side! Lots'a'money!
No matter what problem you have, it will sort itself out.
I always thought of the whole light of the tunnel saying.
You're in a dark, horrible tunnel, you can't even see your hand infront of your face. It's been days, and there's still darkness... But know what that means? You just haven't reached the light yet.
There is an end to everything. You won't be in this position forever. I give it two weeks max.
Read that as Morgan Freeman <3 thanks

Don't even worry about that. If you can also try and throw in a 15 minute run each day - it will help to release endorphin's that will make you feel happier, plus you'll get fitter and be more confident!

hmm Ik I can't cheer you up (tried and failed already :s)
however what I would do in your position is think about why the company needs you. SO if they do consider dropping people then you can speak out.

I honestly haven't laughed that much in weeks. Thanks for that.
    But I mean it, bro.
It seems like an impossible job, but when you're actually doing it, it's MUCH easier.
You're a good dude, and if you ever need to talk to someone, I'm your guy.
I've been though some serious shit, man. And I feel as if I can help.
Feel free to message me anytime.

Chin up bro, it'll be over soon.

Also if you like cycling it it's something that I'd recommend, it's what I do when I want some exercise because I'm a bad runner. As for the re-interview situation, just remember it will be easier than when you first applied because they know you have experience with the job. Remember to try to stay positive, it makes you more motivated to do things

I can say that what -benny has been saying is the way to do it (hes a lad), may i also suggest that you do some weight lifting - Dumbbells and Barbell - as you said you are thin/slender this will help build muscle in places other than your Abs - which -Benny focused on mostly.

If you're really keen i would also suggest checking out this video www.youtube.com/watch?v=mm0rQfcC5Vw and the rest of Dreamz video's for that matter as he provides useful information!

Also this site http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/ (and that URL specifically) contains useful info too about specific weighted (and non-weighted) exercises!

    Keep us updated

If you are really desperate and willing to work outside (and relocate):
    www.toughnecks.com

Oil rigs. 90-100k/year starting. You could even ask if they need any techies for the offices or anything. (PS they are always hiring).
Also I'm sorry to hear about your situation, you're probably under a lot of stress now :S

As much as 90-100k a year sounds nice... My body is willing to do that sort of work, and even if it was techy work I wouldn't be willing to move from where I am. My girlfriend is the one thing I cling onto for happiness at the moment... I couldn't drop a 3 year relationship to focus on something like that.

Thanks though I really appreciate the support

just remembered about this thread and thought id drop a line to see how things worked out for you and i hope all went well with your re-interview.

for me work is slowly picking up again.
im also waking up feeling great pumped full of energy to take on the world where as before i felt my life was going backwards (1 step forward 2 steps back kinda thing).
but as they say Onward and upwards.
