    Default Build me a PC?

    Hi guys,
So basically I want to be able to play this game with reasonably good fps:
    http://www.game-debate.com/games/ind...Project%20CARS

I don't play many games, a bit of RS, that game ^ etc. Don't need anything huge/expensive.

I would also like to be a bit more updated, at the moment I am running:

    Intel Pentium Dual E2200 2.2ghz

    NVIDIA GeForce 7050 / NVIDIA nForce 620i

    3gb ram

I don't know what mother board

I would preferably like to stay below £300 as I am not looking for anything special, just a bit faster, can play some low level games etc.

    Thank you
    -Boom

Do you need mouse, keyboard, OS or monitor or just tower only?
Do you care about looks or performance?
Are you willing to stretch your budget a little further?
Where will you be buying from?

Please answer and I'll build you one.

    CPU: Intel G550 $45
    Mobo: Asrock H71M-HV-R2 $43
    RAM: Patriot 2x4GB 1333 $32
    HDD: Seagate 1TB $74
    ODD: Samsung DVD-RW $19
    GPU: MSI 2GB 7870 $217
    Case + PSU: Thermaltake V4 + 500W $75

    Total: $505

    Prices from: http://www.msy.com.au/

Might as well get a Case as it comes with a power supply or your just going to end up buying a power supply with around the same price. If you don't need the HDD I'd suggest you upgrade, there's not much you can do. Maybe better RAM would do. Upgrades to the CPU to an i3 wouldn't make a difference much as they are basically the same thing with 2 cores. Not many good GPU with that pricerange of $300 when your upgrading.

I'm sure you could find similar prices in the UK. Not sure if they ship there or not.

    P.S $500 AUD = 300 Pounds

Programming is like trying keep a wall of shifting sand up, you fix one thing but somewhere else starts crumbling
