Losing focus when scripts running (not irl)

So when I have smart running and im browsing the web and movies n stuff as you do, when ever an action takes place in smart say clicking on a tree everything loses focus and smart comes up.

try a different java version, i think thats why this happens, which one are you on?

and are you on smart 7.2 or 8.0?

Fully uninstall all java versions and only install the latest java 6.

@OP: Try downloading a third-party program that enables you to completely minimize to tray
