Try using one of these pathmakers to generate a path on the full world map.
I've used this one myself: http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=64891
    Another one: http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=92498

Use the full worldmap and set up all the area's it gives you and use all the points.

EDIT: From bank to zamorak wine
    Code:
    [Point(3618, 3179), Point(3618, 3174), Point(3618, 3167), Point(3618, 3162), Point(3620, 3155), Point(3622, 3152), Point(3633, 3149), Point(3637, 3145), Point(3642, 3139), Point(3649, 3135), Point(3655, 3130), Point(3663, 3125), Point(3675, 3125), Point(3684, 3125), Point(3688, 3124), Point(3692, 3114), Point(3692, 3108), Point(3692, 3100), Point(3692, 3092), Point(3693, 3083), Point(3693, 3077), Point(3693, 3067), Point(3693, 3060), Point(3693, 3048), Point(3693, 3039), Point(3694, 3029), Point(3693, 3023), Point(3688, 3010), Point(3687, 3006), Point(3684, 3000), Point(3679, 2993), Point(3674, 2989), Point(3666, 2983), Point(3661, 2978), Point(3655, 2974), Point(3644, 2971), Point(3636, 2963), Point(3632, 2957), Point(3629, 2948), Point(3626, 2940), Point(3627, 2924), Point(3627, 2912), Point(3623, 2898), Point(3623, 2890), Point(3623, 2877), Point(3622, 2865), Point(3621, 2856), Point(3621, 2847), Point(3624, 2835), Point(3628, 2827), Point(3631, 2817), Point(3631, 2804), Point(3632, 2792), Point(3638, 2783), Point(3646, 2777), Point(3656, 2772), Point(3662, 2763), Point(3666, 2753), Point(3666, 2747), Point(3659, 2744), Point(3653, 2745), Point(3650, 2748), Point(3644, 2752), Point(3640, 2755), Point(3633, 2756), Point(3628, 2755)]

Thx J J, great tip. It's weird that doesnt' work either ==> script goes walking to north east instead of north.
But I edited the map Danny gave me and it works fine now!
    Thx for the patience
