Default Help Transfering WoW Files between computers!

As most of you have probably seen on my previous thread, I am getting a new lap top because my old one died. My girlfriend also plays wow though, so she has all the up to date folders and shit on her computer. I am told that instead of doing that like 20 hour process of running all my CD's through my new lap top, I can just copy the files over from her computer. Whats the easiest/shortest/most effective way to do this?

We'll be on the same WiFi (at my home) or we can connect via ethernet, etc. etc. Just let me know! Also When I say "most effective" I mean, I don't want a ghetto way. Some ways i read online said things like "oh this way only takes 45 minutes... but you can't use the wow launcher anymore... and you'll have to patch manually... and..." I don't want that shit, I just want WoW on my new lap top like it was on my old one, with a shortcut on my desktop to bring up the WoW launcer so it updates and I can click play .

    Hope you all can help!

and note: I don't think I have a flash drive large enough to hold the files.

Programming is like trying keep a wall of shifting sand up, you fix one thing but somewhere else starts crumbling
