    by: Four

    Boosts/Helpful Items

Wisdom Aura - Gives a 2.5% bonus xp for 30 minutes every day.

Once used, the scroll will disappear, giving the player the following permanent effects:
A 1 in 8 (12.5%) chance that the player will make a potion twice as fast as usual.
A 1 in 10 (10%) chance that when adding an ingredient to a vial of water, coconut milk, or unfinished potion, it will not be used up, leaving the player with an extra ingredient. (C: Wiki)

Factory Outfit - Obtainable from the Flash Powder Factory Minigame. Wearing this outfit will give you a chance of making a 4-dose potion instead of a 3-dose. Requires 50 agility and 75 thieving for the full set.

Nice guide you should add parts about buying and cleaning herb instead for those that don't care about how long it takes aslong as the make instead of lose gp's. I myself got from 3 to 78 herb while making proffit I guess a total of around 18m could of been more but the way prices of herbs drop and raise makes it pretty risky my advice is to only buy so many at a time to reduce loss if herb drops below your profit margin also finding a good herb can be abit tricky but well worth it if you have the time to spare.

I'd say nice guide, but... using a bot, I made 450k attack potions to get 99 herbalore. It costed me nothing. Infact I made 20m rsgp getting from 76-99 herbalore.

Totally worth doing over spending 200m getting to 99.
I guess those who want to legit might do this, but 200m is a lot of money to me.

It was only for December. You must be getting 2x by a different way.
If you're training hunter, it might be the extra 200k exp you were given during the winter event? Or some recent event.

I did the same thing, but that was when herb was cheaper/profit back when buddy was still around.
Silent requested cheap and fast, so this was really all I could do
450k+ pots would take awhile too :P

I might be doing incorrect calculations but unless you collect the herbs yourself, you still lose no matter which potion you make. I believe the most cost effective way ATM is harralander tar at roughly 3gp/xp. Definitely not the fastest but you do make them pretty fast.

    Good guide
Another cheaper, but slower way (bot it?) for people who did the quest Shades of Morton is to make Serums 207.
It costs around 8 coins per xp so level 15-99 would cost around 105m. That price is without using the scroll of cleansing/wisdom aura too!

Yeah right now its NOT a good idea to make attack potions.
BUT prices fluctuate. I grabbed my chance when guam herbs were low and got 99.
Always watch prices. Can save ya 200m.

Making harralander tar was really profitable before everyone found out about the black salamander thing.

I believe that the primary reason for herb being a bit more expensive is because there are barely much Sorcerers Garden bots which crashed the herb market a year ago or so.

Yeah and sometimes those profits might fail because noone wants to buy them.. Hint: always buy grimy herbs by small amounts and then sell and once all sold, buy the same amount. That way, you don't lose a lot in case they crash or have to sell under G.E. -5%.

Yeah I was actually thinking that to myself right after I posted it. Prices fluctuate so rapidly.
