Default Scripts send FPS bar too high?

Can anyone help me understand why whenever I start some scripts it sends the fps bar way up? The script works fine when the fps bar is way low, and for some reason, when the fps bar is way high, all of our bandwidth on our wi-fi is used and the rest of my family cannot do anything on the internet, but at a low fps, they can? Can anyone help me to change it?

You can adjust the FPS bar in SMART by holding down your mouse over it and dragging it up (Increase FPS) or down (Decrease FPS). The FPS is at a set value every time you start SMART and it's up to you to adjust it afterwards. Is your question on how to have it at a low value every time you restart SMART instead of doing it manually?

No, but I found out the method. SMARTSetRefresh I believe. Resolved.
