what is that? and how can I get it in the C folder location

I have a similar question aswell,

Have you put P07Include into your simba/includes folder?

I don't even have a file calles p07include.simba

That's related to the anti-leech. It's used in order to prevent people from leeching scripts and promotes individuals to learn scripting - or atleast the basics of scripting.
I would suggest reading some scripting guides on the fourms. That should provide you with enough information to fix the problem
