Why should they be free/no anitleech? You don't put the effort into making it so why would you get a say on putting antileech in it or not , some of the powerbot people
are you dumb? I said I would pay for them if they worked. Read before posting stuff, I tried fixing them but for someone who is just learning this from day 1 and has no interest in making scripts on their own this is pointless. To some people this is pure genius but for other this is pointless.

Next time you drive your car how about you take a look at the engine and fix a couple errors in the transmission, it will help you learn to make a car. Oh and don't forget to fix your break lines.

Like I said, some people might enjoy finding errors in the syntax ect but some people just want to come to a community that offers well written scripts and use them without having to work on them for an hour or more. The whole reason people bot is because their lazy and now you make us find errors in a script? most people don't even know how to code.

i cant figure out where i put the last end ive tried it at like 20 spots

[Error] C:\Simba\Scripts\Killer06's EssMiner 1.03.simba(709:4): Semicolon (';') expected at line 708
    Compiling failed.

that is what it says when i put an "end" above the last "end."

It's not asking for an end. Read what it is expecting you to have

If people make stuff for free most people don't want it to be ripped without any thoughts on the effort the scripter put in, thats why they put anti-leech

it was wanting an end so i put another end and thats what it tells me to do on the very last line when the very last line should be end. or End. doesnt really matter which way

The point is to learn how to code so if your too lazy to learn that's too bad, this isn't powerbot things work differently here, if you don't like go back to powerbot

Are you dumb? You should read before posting stuff.

The thing you fail to grasp is this community is not is not about botting through and through. There is a focus on learning, teaching, and improving your knowledge. If you have no interest in either of these things, you shouldn't be here. Instead of abusing SRL members you should turn around and walk right back to your powerban cesspit.

Oh, and please learn how to spell; it's the difference between knowing your shit, and knowing you're shit.

Hey guys I've left this place a long time ago and went on to jtag mods and other types of scripting and I must say, you sir should start with first thinking about all the time people put in on these scripts. Next think (theoretically) about people using your script that you've just released, may have a few bugs, but hey it's a script and those people praising you for releasing it (Really the main benefit besides from looking like a badass infront of your peers). Now think about all the grief those people will give you about a flaw in your work, about a simple error, or even just about them not knowing how to fix their own problems where they're missing important files. Think about all the spam in your inbox, all the stupid requests, all the "Here's my problem now fix it", even all the threats and bribes you'll obtain just from posting up a single script. The least a script writer can do is add an anti-leech feature to prevent people like that from trying to take over their lives and tell them how they should do something when they probably don't even have the time to do it. Of course you are one of those people who have plenty of time obviously seeing as you took the time, that you could of been spending learning how to fix an anti-leech, to post this thread and not only that comment on it a couple of times also. You even resorted to one of earlier stated leech methods, "The Bribe". So please do us a favor and show these kind people some respect also at least try to learn how to script so that you don't just cause a flame war on these forums.

    As the old saying goes...

The wish to acquire more is admittedly a very natural and common thing; and when men succeed in this they are always praised rather than condemned. But when they lack the ability to do so and yet want to acquire more at all costs, they deserve condemnation for their mistakes.

Could anyone send me a PM and teach me the basics of scripting? I've never botted or wrote a script before, and my fire's ran out ever since I tried to get SMART to run on 07..
(btw: my name isn't oriented to hurt anyone, I'm just incredibly uncreative)

Go back to powerbot and wait for them to make scripts for 07 that work.
Simba is about learning. If you're not going to do that, then you're not going to get it working anytime soon. Simba's just NOT FOR YOU, as like you said you have no interest in learning anything about it.

No one cares that you're willing to pay. Do you understand that? Cause clearly you don't read yourself. Your persistance and rudeness really makes people not want to help you even more.

If you are looking to learn, you've come to the right place. If you're looking to bot, you haven't found the right place.

Next time you drive your car how about you take a look at the engine and fix a couple errors in the transmission, it will help you learn to make a car. Oh and don't forget to fix your break lines.

The idea of anti-leech is on a person by person basis. It's up to different people if they want you to learn to take their work for free.

Let's take your example: "Next time you drive your car how about you take a look at the engine and fix a couple errors in the transmission, it will help you learn to make a car. Oh and don't forget to fix your break lines." Well, anti-leechers just gave you a free car on the condition you learn how to change the oil. These anti-leeches are: 99% of the time as simple as deleting a line. That's learning to change your oil. Except faster. Every anti-leech I've seen on this website could be fixed within 30 seconds of opening the script for the first time.

And beyond even that 80% of the scripts here don't have anti-leech. And a lot of the times SIMBA itself tells you how to fix it: "Semicolon (';') expected at line 708." Add a semicolon to the end of line 708. It's as simple as that.

Finally, this is a learning community that uses botting and advanced technologies to learn. Go to Sythe for your 07bots without anti-leech with no learning, come here if you want to be around people who want to learn and put out pretty amazing scripts (seriously @Ashaman's scripts have done 2 week+ run times with max speed the entire time) while the entirety of all Simba bots have only seen one ban in the years I can think of. That one ban was noted to have been manual AND been doing extremely bot-like activites, while most scripts here are built to run and look exactly like a human is playing the game.

If you want our quality, join the community. If you want working 07 scripts and don't care, go to Sythe. There are people making and selling scripts, even by request, for 07scape.

And is all this learning pointless?

Guess who's botting on 07Scape right now? People with knowledge.
Guess who's not botting? People who don't want to gain knowledge, instead sit there with money in their parents pockets.

How about instead, pay someone to teach you Pascal

I was just implying that he is itching to buy something with his, apparently, over abundant sum of money, and since no one is selling scripts, buy the knowledge! ( Assuming he made this thread because he clearly doesn't want to learn off tutorials and resources here. )

This community is not about making money on scripts like powerbot. It's about building an amazing arsenal of scripts. Step 1. learn the basics, step 2. learn about anti leech, step 3. use simba, step 4. give back to the community by developing your own scripts. Thats how it works here

You should just be grateful that the scripts are available for you to download.

We're a programming community, designed to encourage you to learn It's not that we're deliberately trying to irritate you, we just like to make sure you're best suited for somewhere like SRL.

Also, don't try and throw your money around, we're not here for that. We're here for feedback on our programming skills. Respect is far more valuable to us than your coin

Well I must say that i've learned way more things than i thought by solving anti-leech's. However sometimes, it takes a while to solve some but in the end, atleast you'll learn something which makes it easier next time and so on. But I suppose some scripts could be released without it, but i don't mind it tbh.
