Default It is possible to over do it on a SIMBA script?

Title says it all really. I know it is probably impossible to have to many failsafes, and stuff. The question really though is do you ever feel like you are over doing it? Being to careful? I only ask because I am writing a script right now and I'm really putting a lot of time into it and constantly going back to procedure/functions I've already made and changing stuff/ fixing stuff. I mean I've wrote scripts for myself but never public just because I didn't feel they were up to par. But this one I'm working on is different. I guess that is a good thing I'm taking my time and "over" doing it I guess. I just hope on release people are like hmmm its alright. Hahaha oh well, kinda of a pointless post, just needed a break from scripting.
