    Default JAVA F**Ked

Been running simba scripts fine, now they don't click but hover what they are suppose to click, as if I hadn't dragged the crosshair on the toolbar onto my RS screen.. I think this is because I ran firefox instead of chrome like I normally do, and I accidently clicked Update java or something and enabled a version of Java that I had installed but had not been using before. After many installs/uninstalls of latest, oldest java and numerous system restores I am still unable to solve the problem.

Currently I have installed: Java 7 Update 15, Java SE Development Kit 6 Update 33 - which is what I think I had before this problem occured. Is this the correct versions?

I have the same version of Java and the updates are all the same as mine and i run everything perfectly fine.

I wonder if it is a bad install of either java, or simba or maybe a update is needed. Try Force updating simba and see if that manages to fix your error.

I'm thinking now this is being caused by an SRL update..

Yeah. It is a strong possibility.

I would highly recommend a complete fresh install and try it from there.

A few weeks ago, I encountered many issues with SIMBA, so i did a complete re-install and it ended up fixing it.

So, yeah, give it a try. Let me know if it works.

Hmm... so you completely deleted your simba folder from the C: drive?

If so, thats odd. Maybe try using SMART, or the RS client.

I rarely use browsers anymore to play RS, so maybe its the browser?

    Try it.

Fix the up chars. They're inside another folder.

    ie.
    C:/Simba/Fonts/07upchars/07upchars

    Should be

    C:/Simba/Fonts/07upchars
