Edit: Oh and it's for 07 rune, but I don't think that matters anyway.
So I've written 2 scripts all by myself now, one for eoc and one for OSRS, one of them is even a FSM script. On top of that I've fixed quite a few broken/outdated scripts.
I'd say I'm intermediate maybe even semi-advanced, considering I've read/used/understood quite a few advanced guides here on the forums.
The only thing I haven't done yet is map walking, and I want to take the challenge and create a script which combines all what I've learned. This would be a longer project, not just a few hours or a days worth of work.
I'm sure I've got the knowledge (and if not, the brains to get it) to create what I'm aiming to accomplish with a little help.
My idea is to create a green dragon script (for personal and possibly members use only) that basically walks from varrock to the green dragon place, kills them, picks up the loot, teles back, repeat.
Obviously with a lot of failsafes and deathwalking due to pkers etc.
I've got a few things down in my mind which I'm sure I can manage to script myself after reading these few advanced guides.
So far I'm 99% sure I can manage to:
Find and kill dragons
Loot selected items
Run/tele from player attack
Eat food
Use prayer if player attacked or out of food but there is inventory space left
Teleport to varrock and bank + walk to the wildy ditch
Deathwalk back to varrock (via bank in lumby + tele)
Breaks and hop worlds etc.
My biggest concern is map walking, especially from the wildy ditch to the dragon site...
So far I've thought about just walking north to the chaos temple and follow the lava until I see the hunter symbol and use that as my next point of reference to get me to the dragons which should be fairly safe considering the distance.
The problem is that there are no definite markers at the dragon site itself..
I'd appreciate if you could give me any hints or tips, maybe even concrete suggestions on how I can make this work.
Remember that I don't know all the secrets to simba or SRL so any not so common procedures or functions that might come in handy would be greatly appreciated, but mostly I'm looking for ideas on how to achieve my goals.
Thanks
